Arsenal fan Piers Morgan trolls Chelsea after latest defeat

Piers Morgan could not help but aim a dig at Chelsea after Jose Mourinho’s men suffered their fifth defeat of the season at West Ham United on Saturday.

The Blues slumped to a 2-1 loss at Upton Park and fell behind in the 17th minute when Mauro Zarate buried a low powerful shot from the edge of the area.

Matters soon worsened for Chelsea as Nemanja Matic was sent off on the stroke of half-time for a second bookable offence.

Celebrity fan and Arsenal shareholder Morgan chimed in at half time, tweeting:

Mourinho’s men improved after the break and Gary Cahill equalised when he drilled home in the 55th minute in east London.

However, the Hammers had the final say and sent the Blues crashing to another defeat when substitute Andy Carroll leapt to get on the end of Aaron Cresswell’s cross from the left and bury his header past Asmir Begovic for his first goal since January.

And Morgan couldn’t help but take to Twitter once again after Carroll netted the winner:
