Gabriel Paulista has taken to social media to express his delight at being back fit as Arsenal prepare to host Everton at Emirates Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

The Brazilian defender has been out of action in recent weeks due to injury but has been passed fit for this weekend’s game and trained with Arsene Wenger’s first team on Friday.

Arsenal head into Saturday’s game knowing that a victory would hoist them to the top of the Premier League table ahead of Sunday’s Manchester derby clash at Old Trafford.

And Gabriel is clearly looking forward to playing his part as the Gunners prepare to welcome the Toffees to their home ground.

Gabriel posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Happy to be back, another important game today, let’s go @arsenal #gabrielisagunner #braziliangunner #premierleague”
