Gabriel Paulista has taken to social media to reveal his excitement ahead of Arsenal’s Champions League showdown with Bayern Munich on Tuesday night.
The Brazilian defender has been passed fit for the game by manager Arsene Wenger after he sat out Saturday’s 3-0 Premier League win at Watford due to injury.
Gabriel has been a regular fixture in the Arsenal first team this season alongside Laurent Koscielny in the heart of the north London side’s defence.
And the 24-year-old used his personal Instagram account to send a message to Arsenal’s supporters on Tuesday morning ahead of the crunch European clash.
Gabriel posted the picture above on the photo-sharing app and wrote: “Match day, let’s play and give our best inside the emirates! This is our house and it is also our rules, Come on gunners. #gabrielisagunner #UCL #letsgogunners”
Gabriel, who joined Arsenal from Villarreal back in January, has made five Premier League appearances this season for Wenger’s men. He has also featured in both of the Gunners’ Champions League group-stage games.
Bayern have scored eight goals with no reply in their first two fixtures, winning 3-0 at Olympiacos and 5-0 at home to Dinamo.
