Nemanja Matic insists that he has no issues with Jose Mourinho following Chelsea’s difficult start to the new season.

The Blues’ stuttering form continued on Tuesday night with a goalless draw against Dynamo Kyiv in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

The Serbia midfielder has struggled to find consistent form this term along with many of his Blues team-mates.

Matic was brought off just 28 minutes after coming on as a substitute during Chelsea’s 3-1 defeat by Southampton earlier this month.

However, the midfielder insists that he has no problem with the Blues boss as he and his team-mates turn their attentions back to the Premier League this weekend.

“I am professional and respect all decisions of the coach,” Sky Sports News quotes Matic as saying.

“I have never had a problem with any coach because they all respect that I am very professional. I do my best.

“So with Mourinho it is the same. He knows he can count on me always.”

Chelsea travel to West Ham United in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon looking to make it back to back wins in the top flight following their 2-0 victory over Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge last weekend.

The Blues are currently 10 points behind leaders Manchester City.
