Memphis Depay may have struggled to make an instant impact at Manchester United since his summer transfer from PSV Eindhoven, but the Netherlands winger is clearly a popular figure.

A new study by Kitbag has revealed how Depay has sold more replica shirts than any other Premier League player and is only behind Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo in the kit chart.

Depay’s Manchester United team-mate Bastian Schweinsteiger is close behind, with Chelsea star Eden Hazard and Red Devils skipper Wayne Rooney also featuring in the top 10 list.

Sergio Aguero, Alexis Sanchez and Philippe Coutinho are the other Premier League stars to feature in the chart.

The 21-year-old Depay has so far managed to score one goal for United this season after he topped the scoring charts in Holland last term with 22 league strikes in 34 appearances.
