Alexis Sanchez has taken to social media to wish Arsenal fans a good day after the Chilean helped to inspire the Gunners to a 2-1 win over Everton on Saturday evening.

The 26-year-old played 89 minutes as Arsene Wenger’s men wrapped up victory over the Toffees thanks to goals from Olivier Giroud and Laurent Koscielny at Emirates Stadium.

The win temporarily lifted Arsenal to the top of the Premier League table before Manchester City moved above them on goal difference on Sunday after their derby draw with United.

And Sanchez was clearly in a good mood on Monday morning, as he shared the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Buenos días GUNNERS … Good morning GUNNERS ⚽️💪🏽😀 enjoy”
