Alexis Sanchez has taken to social media to reveal his excitement at the forthcoming international break as he turns his attentions to Chile duty.

The 26-year-old was in sparkling form for Arsenal on Sunday as the forward helped Arsene Wenger’s men notch up an impressive 3-0 win over Manchester United at Emirates Stadium.

Sanchez scored twice to send Arsenal on their way to victory over their bitter rivals.

And the Chile international is now preparing for his country’s forthcoming clashes against Brazil and Peru.

Sanchez uploaded the picture above onto his personal Instagram account on Tuesday afternoon and wrote: “Buenos días mi Chile … 🇨🇱”

Former Barcelona star Sanchez has now scored five Premier League goals for the Gunners heading into the international break.

The north London side, who are two points behind leaders Manchester City in the English top flight, return to Premier League action when they travel to Watford in the top flight on Saturday 17 October.
