Ander Herrera says he can’t wait for Sunday’s Manchester derby at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils face Premier League leaders Manchester City on Sunday afternoon fresh from a 1-1 draw with CSKA Moscow in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Herrera has been in good form in recent weeks and the uncapped Spanish midfielder broke the deadlock in a 3-0 victory over Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday afternoon.

The United midfielder is relishing the visit of the Premier League leaders as the Red Devils look to hoist themselves above Manuel Pellegrini’s side in the table.

Herrera wrote on the Instagram page: “Can’t wait for the Manchester Derby! Got the right colors for my #X15! #BeTheDifference @adidasuk @adidasfootball”

The United playmaker has scored two goals and made one assist in eight games in all competitions for the Red Devils this season.

The uncapped Spanish midfielder moved to United in a reported £29m deal from La Liga outfit Athletic Bilbao in 2014.
