Arsenal forward Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain relaxes with his dog after 2-1 win against Everton
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain relaxed with his canine friend on Sunday afternoon after having helped Arsenal move to the top of the Premier League table before the Manchester derby.
The England international impressed in the north London side’s 2-1 victory over Everton at The Emirates on Saturday afternoon which momentarily hoisted the Gunners above Manchester City and into top spot.
However, the Gunners were demoted to second place after City’s 0-0 draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon, although it didn’t appear to dampen Oxlade-Chamberlain’s spirits.
The Arsenal star appears set for a run in the Arsenal first-team following Aaron Ramsey’s recent injury setback, and Oxlade-Chamberlain posted the above snap of an autumn walk with his dog on Sunday afternoon.
Oxlade-Chamberlain wrote on his Instagram page: “Afternoon stroll.”
The 22-year-old has made seven Premier League appearances so far this term.
The Gunner star’s only goal came in a 1-0 victory over Chelsea in the Community Shield.
