Alexis Sanchez has taken to social media to send a good morning message to his followers after Chile’s 2-0 win over Brazil on Friday night.

The Arsenal star scored his country’s second goal after Eduardo Vargas’s opener in Santiago to get Chile’s qualification campaign for the 2018 World Cup off to the perfect start.

Chile now turn their attentions to Wednesday’s morning’s clash with Peru as they look to make it back to back wins.

And Sanchez was clearly in a cheery mood on Sunday morning, as he used his personal Instagram account to wish his followers a good day.

Sanchez shared the photo above and wrote: “Buenos días 😍⚽️😀 Good morning ✌🏼️”

The 26-year-old scored twice as the Gunners moved up to second place in the table by securing an impressive 3-0 win over Manchester United at Emirates Stadium last weekend.
