Petr Cech says he is ready for Arsenal’s clash against Everton at The Emirates.

The 33-year-old Gunners goalkeeper made six saves to help Arsenal keep a clean sheet as Olivier Giroud and Mesut Ozil fired the home side to their first Champions League victory of the season.

Cech was controversially omitted from Arsene Wenger’s side for their previous Champions League game, which the FA Cup holders lost 3-2 to Olympiacos at Emirates Stadium.

And the Gunners shot stopper posted a snap from first-team training ahead of the visit of Everton at The Emirates on Saturday evening.

Cech wrote on the photo-sharing app: “Training session done ! Ready for tomorrow.”

Cech joined Arsenal in an £11m deal from defending Premier League champions Chelsea in the summer transfer window after falling out-of-favour under Jose Mourinho.
