Manchester United midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger takes to Twitter after CSKA Moscow stalemate
Bastian Schweinsteiger has reassured Manchester United supporters that the Red Devils will improve their position in the Champions League.
Louis van Gaal’s side are two points behind Group F leaders Wolfsburg after a 1-1 draw with CSKA Moscow in Russia on Wednesday night.
Schweinsteiger was replaced at half-time after Seydou Doumbia had given the home side an early lead before Anthony Martial levelled in the 65th minute.
The Germany international, who won the Champions League with Bayern Munich in 2013, couldn’t hide his disappointment with their stalemate.

Schweinsteiger has started all three of United’s Champions League games this season.
The 31-year-old has already racked up 13 appearances in all competitions following his reported £6.7m move to Red Devils from Bayern in the summer.
United welcome CSKA Moscow to Old Trafford in their next Champions League group-stage fixture in early November.
The Red Devils face Manchester City in the derby at home on Sunday afternoon.
