Calum Chambers has taken to social media to reveal his excitement ahead of Arsenal’s Champions League clash with Bayern Munich at Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night.

The north London side head into the clash looking to record their first European points of the season after suffering defeats by Dinamo Zagreb and Olympiacos in their two openers.

Arsenal have been in good form domestically and kept to within two points of Premier League leaders Manchester City with victory at Watford on Saturday.

And Chambers is clearly looking forward to Tuesday’s showdown with Pep Guardiola’s men in north London.

Chambers posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Champions League week! Let’s go 👊 #UCL #AFCvBAY”

Arsenal have won only one of their four home games against Bayern in recent history.

Bayern have scored eight goals with no reply in their first two fixtures, winning 3-0 at Olympiacos and 5-0 at home to Dinamo.

The German side have won on their last two visits to Arsenal, which were both round of 16 first-leg assignments.
