Hector Bellerin has taken to social media to pay tribute to his followers after reaching a landmark this week.

The Arsenal starlet surpassed one million followers on social media and has been quick to thank his fans after arriving at the milestone.

Bellerin shared the photo above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “1 Million social media followers!! Thank you to everyone who’s shown me love, really appreciate it ❤️

The Spaniard has been a regular fixture in the Arsenal first-team this season since breaking into Arsene Wenger’s plans last term.

The 20-year-old defender has made seven Premier League starts for the Gunners to help them up to second place in the Premier League table and two points behind leaders Manchester City.

He has also made one appearance in the Champions League for the north London side, during the shock 3-2 loss to Olympiacos at Emirates Stadium.

Bellerin will be hoping to feature for Arsenal when they return to action in the Premier League with a trip to Watford on 17 October after the international break.
