Mamadou Sakho can’t stop smiling since his return to the Liverpool side – and the Reds star was all smiles during a SoccerAm interview on Tuesday.

New Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has partnered Sakho with Martin Skrtel at centre-half in his opening three games in charge of the Merseyside outfit.

The France international has helped the Reds make an unbeaten start under the 48-year-old manager, although Liverpool are still searching for their first win of the Klopp reign.

And Sakho appeared to enjoy his interview with SoccerAm presenter Tubes after he posted a snap on his Instagram page.

The former Paris Saint-Germain defender was out-of-favour under Klopp’s predecessor Brendan Rodgers before Dejan Lovren suffered an injury in the League Cup last month.

Sakho, who moved to the Reds from his boyhood club PSG in 2013, has made five appearances in the Premier League this season, racking up 540 top-flight minutes so far this term.

Liverpool have drawn their last five games in all competitions after a 1-1 stalemate with Southampton on Sunday afternoon.
