Mesut Ozil looked in a relaxed and playful mood on Sunday after helping Arsenal beat Everton
Mesut Ozil took to social media to reveal his “Sunday mood” after helping Arsenal secure a 2-1 win over Everton on Saturday night.
Ozil set up Olivier Giroud for Arsenal’s opener against the Toffees, before Laurent Koscielny netted a second for Arsene Wenger’s men.
The Gunners moved top of the Premier League table on Saturday night for the first time in 20 months, before Manchester City leapfrogged them back into top spot on goal difference after Sunday’s Manchester derby.
And Ozil, 27, seemed to be in a playful mood on Sunday after notching up his seventh Premier League assist of the season.
Ozil posted the video above on his personal Instagram account on Sunday afternoon and wrote: “Sunday mood.”
Arsenal, who beat Bayern Munich 2-0 last week, take on Sheffield Wednesday in the fourth round of the League Cup on Tuesday night, before a trip to Swansea City in the Premier League next Saturday afternoon.
