Eden Hazard and Willian were among the Chelsea players to take to social media to reveal their excitement ahead of the Blues’ Premier League clash with West Ham United on Saturday afternoon.

Jose Mourinho’s men are looking to secure back to back wins in the Premier League after their 2-0 triumph over Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge last weekend.

The west London side were held to a goalless draw by Dynamo Kyiv in the Champions League in midweek.

However, Hazard and his team-mates are clearly determined to help Mourinho’s side secure victory and start to make their way back up the Premier League table after their disastrous start to the new campaign.

Hazard posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account on Saturday morning and wrote: “Matchday ⚽️⚽️⚽️

Willian, meanwhile, shared the snap below and added: “⚽️#comeonchelsea #premierleague #W22″

And midfielder Ramires posted his own picture on the photo-sharing app and wrote: “Let’s go! 💪🏿👍🏿 #chelsea #cfc #r7″
