Piers Morgan slams ‘very poor’ Arsenal star after Man United win

Piers Morgan was not impressed by Aaron Ramsey's display for Arsenal against Manchester United...

Piers Morgan has taken to social media to voice his disappointment with Aaron Ramsey’s performance during Arsenal’s 3-0 win over Manchester United at Emirates Stadium.

The 24-year-old Wales international played the full 90 minutes as Arsene Wenger’s men wrapped up an impressive win over their bitter rivals to move up to second place in the Premier League table.

Ramsey missed a glorious chance to make it 4-0 to the Gunners when he blazed his effort over the bar in the first half in north London.

And Arsenal shareholder and celebrity fan Morgan was less than impressed by the midfielder’s performance during the Emirates Stadium rout.

Morgan tweeted after the game:

Morgan also went on to reveal his delight at Arsenal’s overall display against Louis van Gaal’s men after they leapfrogged their rivals in the table.

The former Daily Mirror editor added:

Arsenal return to Premier League action when they travel to Watford in the English top flight on Saturday 17 October after the international break.
