Sir Alex Ferguson: Man United can win Premier League title
Sir Alex Ferguson runs the rule over Manchester United's Premier League title prospects
Sir Alex Ferguson believes Manchester United can win the Premier League title if the Red Devils are near the top of the table heading into 2016.
The Red Devils dropped to third place in the Premier League table following a humiliating 3-0 loss to Arsenal at The Emirates in their most recent top-flight outing.

While United succumbed to their second defeat of the season, Louis van Gaal’s side are only two points behind Premier League leaders Manchester City.
The Dutchman is United’s second manager since Ferguson retired in 2013 following his 13th Premier League title.
And the legendary Scot warned Red Devils supporters that Van Gaal will require more time to turn United into Premier League champions.
“It’s that kind of league, anyone can win it now. Leicester are the most consistent – they’ve only lost one game. If we get to New Year up near the top, we’ll have a good chance,” Ferguson told ESPN FC.
“[Van Gaal has] certainly made a lot of changes and he’s bought (six) new players this year and, I think, five or six new players the year before. That takes time and it’s not easy. Coming to Manchester United, you do need time.
“In my time, there was maybe Dwight Yorke who gave an immediate response – he was fantastic from day one. They are not always like that; he was an exception. It normally takes some time, particularly if they come from abroad, to settle in.”
Van Gaal led United to a fourth-place finish in his first season in charge of the 20-time English champions.
