Thierry Henry is convinced that Arsenal have what it takes to win the Premier League title this season.

The Gunners moved back into second place in the Premier League table on Saturday evening as they secured a 3-0 win over Watford to build on their victory over Manchester United before the international break.

Arsenal could move top of the table next Saturday – temporarily at least – if they manage to beat Everton in the top flight.

And Arsenal legend Henry feels that Arsene Wenger’s men have already underlined their status as genuine title contenders this season.

Speaking on Sky Sports after Arsenal’s win at Watford, Henry said: “They are in the mix for me.

“Today was a massive response knowing everybody had won. Everybody was waiting to see if they were going to back up the win against United.

“Can they do it and maintain it for more than 15, maybe 20 games? That’s what we want to see. They have to play like that all the time and win games like that sometimes where for an hour they struggle and then come out on top.

“Everybody can dream. If you love Arsenal I think they can win the title this season.”

Former striker Henry was part of the Arsenal side who last won the Premier League title in 2004 after going the whole season unbeaten.

The Gunners are in Champions League action against Bayern Munich at Emirates Stadium on Tuesday as they look to revive their group-stage campaign.
