Divock Origi will start up front for Liverpool in Jurgen Klopp’s first game in charge of the Reds at Tottenham Hotspur.

The former Lille man has been drafted in to the starting line-up in the absence of strikers Daniel Sturridge and Danny Ings.

Elsewhere, Alberto Moreno and Lucas Leiva also both make the cut as the German coach takes charge of his first Premier League game since being appointed as Brendan Rodgers’ successor at Anfield earlier this month.

Harry Kane starts up front for Tottenham Hotspur in the lunchtime kick-off, while Danny Rose replaces Ben Davies in the Spurs squad.

Tottenham v Liverpool: Line-ups

Tottenham: Lloris, Walker, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose, Alli, Dembele, Chadli, Eriksen, Lamela, Kane.

Substitutes: Vorm, Davies, Trippier, Wimmer, Clinton, Townsend, Wink.

Liverpool: Mignolet, Clyne, Skrtel, Sakho, Moreno, Can, Lucas, Milner, Lallana, Coutinho, Origi.

Substitutes: Bogdan, Toure, Allen, Ibe, Sinclair, Teixeira, Randall.

Victory for the visitors would see Liverpool notch up six consecutive league wins against Tottenham for the first time in their history.

The Merseyside outfit have scored a total of 18 goals and conceded just four in the last five meetings.

They also have an impressive record against Spurs in north London, having scored eight goals on their last two trips to White Hart Lane, winning 5-0 in 2013 and 3-0 last season.
