Morgan, Muamba and more: Twitter reacts as Arsenal beat Swansea
Piers Morgan and Fabrice Muamba both tweet their thoughts as Arsenal beat Swansea City 3-0 to continue their fine form
Arsenal continued their recent fine form in the Premier League with a 3-0 win at Swansea City on Saturday afternoon.
After a goalless first half at the Liberty Stadium, Olivier Giroud headed Arsene Wenger’s men into the lead when he converted Mesut Ozil’s corner in the 49th minute.
The Gunners made it 2-0 shortly after when Laurent Koscielny capitalised on some indecision from Lukasz Fabianski to fire home from close range in the 68th minute.
Joel Campbell then made the points secure when he curled home in the 73rd minute to net his first career Premier League goal for Arsenal.
The win left Wenger’s men second in the table and level on points with leaders Manchester City, who beat Norwich City 2-1.
Arsenal’s win prompted a flurry of activity on Twitter – and here are some of our favourite updates.
