Mesut Ozil and Alex Sanchez have been in fine form for Arsenal over the past few weeks.

The Chile international scored his six goals in his last four games, including the opener in a 3-0 victory over Watford at Vicarage Road in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

World Cup winner Ozil has also impressed for the Gunners and the 26-year-old club-record signing made two assists against the Hornets, talking his tally to six for the Premier League campaign.

But Arsenal’s two most-expensive players in their rich history joined Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in BT Sport’s ‘Beat The Bin’ challenge ahead of their Champions League clash against Bayern Munich.

While Sanchez has been in prolific form over the past four games, the South American and Oxlade-Chamberlain failed to land an effort.

Ozil, meanwhile, proved that he is worth every penny of his £42.5m transfer fee with a classy effort to successfully beat the bin.
