David De Gea and Memphis Depay take to Twitter ahead of Champions League clash

David De Gea took to Twitter to reassure Manchester United supporters that the Red Devils are ready for a “big” Champions League night against PSV on Wednesday.

The Red Devils can book their place in the Champions League knockout phase with victory over the Eredivise holders at Old Trafford.

Memphis Depay’s 41st-minute opener on matchday one was swiftly cancelled out by Hector Moreno before Luciano Narsingh’s second-half goal sealed a 2-1 win for the Eredvisie outfit.

United number one De Gea, who has conceded one goal in his last six games in all competitions, issued something of a rally cry on Twitter:

For Depay, the Champions League clash is a reunion with the club he left in the summer, and the Dutchman was in high spirits with Wayne Rooney, perhaps after his goal against Watford at the weekend:
