The restaurant was thought to have been attacked by gunmen as part of the series of terrorist attacks in the French capital on Friday night.

However, Crystal Palace used their official Twitter account to confirm that Kelly is safe and well.

France has declared a national state of emergency and tightened its borders after a deadly night of gun and bomb attacks in the capital.

At least 80 people were reported killed after gunmen burst into the Bataclan concert hall and took hostages before security forces stormed the centre.

People were also shot dead at restaurants and bars at five other sites in Paris.
