Mata, Rojo and more: Man United stars take to Twitter after Watford win

Juan Mata and Marcos Rojo take to Twitter after Manchester United are 2-1 winners against Watford on Saturday

Manchester United hoisted themselves above title rivals Arsenal in the table after a dramatic 2-1 win against Watford on Saturday.

The Red Devils appeared to have let three points slip away after Troy Deeney had cancelled out Memphis Depay’s opener with three minutes remaining in Saturday’s early kick-off.

However, United secured three points after Bastian Schnweisteinger’s effort was bundled into the Watford net by Hornets skipper Deeney on the stroke of full-time at Vicarage Road.

And Mata, who was replaced by Brazilian youngster Andreas Pereira in the second half at Watford, concedes it wasn’t the most eye-catching game of football in the Premier League this season:

United centre-half Phil Jones is happy to prepare for a big Champions League clash with three vital points against the Hornets:

England international Ashley Young was pleased to make a long-awaited return to Vicarage Road in the Premier League after starting his career at Watford:

Finally, Marcos Rojo is happy with three points after the Argentina international brought down Odion Ighalo for Deeney’s penalty kick:
