Aaron Ramsey has been enjoying some downtime at home with his pet dog as the Arsenal midfielder closes in on a comeback with the Gunners.

The Wales international has been sidelined since suffering a hamstring injury during the 2-0 win over Bayern Munich in the Champions League at Emirates Stadium last month.

Arsene Wenger recently revealed that the midfielder could be set to make his return to action after the international break.

And the midfielder looked to be in good spirits, as he uploaded a picture of his dog Halo onto his Instagram account and wrote: “You turn your head for one minute and this happens… Halo thinks she’s a human baby!!”

Arsenal return to Premier League action with a trip to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday afternoon.

The Gunners were held to a 1-1 draw by Tottenham Hotspur in their most recent Premier League outing before the international break. That result left them in second place in the table and level on points with leaders Manchester City after 12 games.
