Calum Chambers has taken to social media to reflect on the one-year anniversary of scoring his first goal for Arsenal.
The defender enjoyed a flying start to his Arsenal career after joining the north London club from Southampton back on 28 July 2014.
The youngster was immediately given a run in Arsene Wenger’s first team to cover for centre-half Per Mertesacker following his move from the south coast club.
And Chambers netted his first senior goal for Arsenal in the 3-0 victory over Burnley at Emirates Stadium on 1 November 2014.
Chambers was clearly in a nostalgic mood on Sunday night, as he posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “A year today I scored my first premier league goal for @Arsenal ”

Chambers will be hoping to be involved when Arsenal take on Bayern Munich in the Champions League in Germany on Wednesday night.
He was a late substitute as Arsenal ran out 3-0 winners at Swansea City on Saturday thanks to goals from Olivier Giroud, Laurent Koscielny and Joel Campbell.
