Calum Chambers is ready for Arsenal's trip to Norwich City on Sunday

Calum Chambers says Arsenal are “ready” for Sunday’s trip to Norwich City after being put through their paces at London Colney on Saturday.

The north London outfit are hoping to return to winning ways in the Premier League after last weekend’s 2-1 loss to West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns.

The Gunners were impressive 3-0 winners against Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League on Tuesday night thanks to Mesut Ozil’s header and Alexis Sanchez’s two goals.

Chambers has started just one Premier League game this season after falling out-of-favour under Arsene Wenger.

However, the England international is ready for first-team action should the Arsenal manager require the defender’s services.

Chambers posted the above photo and wrote the following caption on his Instagram page: “Prep done! Let’s go 👊🏼 #COYG”

The former Southampton defender has featured in just three Premier League games for the Gunners this season.
