Cesc Fabregas looked to be in a relaxed and playful mood as he spent some downtime with his family as he and his Chelsea team-mates prepare for Sunday’s crunch Premier League clash at Tottenham Hotspur.

The Spaniard played the full 90 minutes as Chelsea took a step closer to qualification for the knockout phase of the Champions League with a 4-0 win over Maccabi Tel-Aviv on Tuesday night.

Fabregas also featured for the whole game against Norwich City last weekend and notched up his second Premier League assist of the season as he set up Diego Costa’s goal in the 1-0 win at Stamford Bridge.

Fabregas will now be turning his attentions to Sunday lunchtime’s showdown with Spurs at White Hart Lane as the Blues attempt to get their Premier League campaign back on track with a victory.

And the 28-year-old was enjoying some time with his new-born daughter Capri on Thursday night, as he uploaded the picture above onto his Snapchat account.
