Ramires spent his Friday afternoon meeting some of the children involved in Football Beyond Borders.

The Chelsea midfielder wasn’t named in Dunga’s squad for their game against Argentina in the 2018 World Cup qualifying later tonight.

Ramires has been unable to help the west London side reverse their current Premier League malaise.

The former Benfica midfielder uploaded the above snap after the Brazilian mingled with some young supporters.

Ramires wrote on the photo-sharing app: “What an amazing day for me to meet all the kids and staff from @footballbeyondborders at Archbishop Lanfranc school in South London. Look out for the full story coming soon.”

Ramires has scored two goals in eight Premier League appearances this season.

The South American playmaker has also racked up four appearances in the Champions League.

Chelsea are in 16th place in the Premier League table after 14 points behind leaders Manchester City.

Jose Mourinho’s side have lost seven games in 12 top-flight games already this term.

The Blues host Norwich City in their next Premier League fixture at Stamford Bridge.
