Jack Wilshere is drawing inspiration from his young daughter Delilah as he continues his recovery from injury

Jack Wilshere is trying to stay as positive as possible following his latest injury setback for Arsenal.

The 23-year-old midfielder has not featured for the Gunners so far this season after suffering a hairline fracture to his leg in pre-season and undergoing surgery back in August.

Wilshere is currently expected to be back in action for the north London side in the New Year as he looks to force his way back into the Arsenal first team and stake his claim for a spot in Roy Hodgson’s England squad for Euro 2012.

The midfielder took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal how his young daughter Delilah has been a source of inspiration for him as he continues to work on his fitness.

Wilshere shared the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “The main reason I keep smiling ❤️😀”
