John Terry will have set tongues wagging after the Chelsea captain posed with Carlo Ancelotti at Old Trafford on Saturday night.

The former Blues boss has been linked with a return to Stamford Bridge following the defending champions’s disastrous start to the Premier League season.

Jose Mourinho has managed to avoid the chop so far, despite losing seven of their opening 12 Premier League games, as well as exiting the League Cup in the fourth round.

Chelsea skipper Terry appeared to enjoy the experience of being managed by Sir Alex Ferguson during the Unicef game between Great Britain & Ireland and the Rest of the World at Old Trafford on Saturday.

And the 34-year-old posed with former Chelsea manager and rumoured Blues target Ancelotti for a photo.

Terry wrote on his Instagram page: “Unbelievable day supporting @unicef @davidbeckham Great support from all the players and fans at Old Trafford.
A great day topped off by being managed by Sir Alex Ferguson.👌⚽️ #oldtrafford #unicef #legends”
