John Terry will undoubtedly go down as one of the most influential Chelsea players of all time when he decides to call time on his playing career.

And the former England captain’s commitment to the west London club is unlikely to be questioned by many.

Now, the veteran defender has underlined his love for the Premier League outfit by drinking from a Chelsea-branded mug at home as he put his feet up to watch England’s friendly clash with Spain on Friday night.

Terry, 34, shared the photo above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Spain Vs England ⚽️ Feet up,fire on with a cup of tea 👌”

The defender will be expecting to feature when Chelsea return to Premier League action with a home clash against Norwich City after the international break on Saturday 21 November.

The Blues are currently languishing in 16th place in the table after losing seven of their opening 12 top-flight games following a disastrous start to the new season.
