Liverpool star Roberto Firmino celebrates his daughter's first birthday

Roberto Firmino was all smiles as the Liverpool midfielder celebrated his daughter’s 1st birthday.

The Brazil international has enjoyed a pretty perfect seven days so far after he helped the Reds ease to a 4-1 victory over Manchester City at Etihad Stadium last weekend.

Firmino, who moved to Liverpool from Hoffenheim in a £29m deal in the summer, created Philippe Coutinho’s second goal for the Reds before he netted his first Premier League strike at the Citizens.

And the Liverpool playmaker capped the perfect week with some birthday celebrations as the Brazilian threw a party for his one-year old daughter Valentina along with his wife Larissa.

Firmino posted the above collage of photos and wrote: “My blessed gift! You light me up and it’s you I wake up to every day. I pray that God will give me wisdom to lead you the right way. I wish the best for you, your dad daughter loves you a lot! 🙏🏼♈️🙏🏼 # baby❣”

Firmino scored his first goal and made his first assist in 10 Premier League games for the five-time European champions at City on Saturday night.

The South American was one of Liverpool’s marquee summer signings after he was snapped up by Jurgen Klopp’s predecessor Brendan Rodgers.
