Photo: London tube worker trolls Tottenham fans after Arsenal draw

Mind the gap...

Tottenham Hotspur earned plenty of praise for their impressive performance against Arsenal during their 1-1 draw with the Gunners at Emirates Stadium on Sunday.

Dele Alli was named man of the match as Mauricio Pochettino’s visitors dominated the north London derby for long spells during an entertaining derby showdown.

However, it seems that one TfL worker (or photoshop expert Arsenal fan) was not too happy about the praise aimed Alli’s way.

The picture, which is circulating on social media, shows a station’s information board being used to troll Spurs fans by declaring that the club are set to have an “open top bus parade” to celebrate Alli’s man of the match award following the derby draw.

Sunday’s result left Tottenham fifth in the Premier League table and four points behind leaders Manchester City and second-placed Arsenal.

Spurs return to Premier League action with a home clash against West Ham United at White Hart Lane on Sunday 22 November after the international break.
