Anthony Martial was all smiles after the Manchester United striker linked up with the France squad on Monday.

The 19-year-old striker has enjoyed a fruitful start to his Red Devils career after Martial moved to United in a £36m deal from Ligue 1 side Monaco on summer’s transfer deadline day.

The France international won United’s second-half penalty which Juan Mata duly dispatched as Louis van Gaal’s side were 2-0 winners against West Bromwich Albion on Sunday afternoon.

And the Red Devils forward looked in good spirits as he posted the above snap on his Instagram page ahead of the international break.

Martial wrote on the photo-sharing app: “Clairefontaine @equipedefrance”

The French striker has scored three goals and has made one assist in eight Premier League games for United.
