Marcos Rojo has taken to social media to send a message to some of his close friends as he prepares to return to England following the international break.

Rojo has been on duty with Argentina and played the full 90 minutes as his country secured a 1-0 win over Colombia on Tuesday night.

Now, the centre-half is turning his attentions back to Manchester United duty – and the defender used his personal Instagram account to send a farewell message to some of his friends.

Rojo posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account on Thursday afternoon and wrote: “Thank you for always being with me. I love and will miss many friends. @germanpoggio @tatoacevedo11”

Rojo will be hoping to feature when United return to Premier League action with a trip to Watford in the top flight this weekend.

The Red Devils, who finished fourth last season, head into the game in fourth place in the table and two points behind leaders Manchester City after 12 games of the new season.
