Bastian Schweinsteiger has taken to social media to reveal his excitement ahead of Manchester United’s Premier League trip to Watford on Saturday lunchtime.

Louis van Gaal’s men take on the Hornets at Vicarage Road looking to build on their 2-0 win over West Brom at Old Trafford after the international break.

The Red Devils head into Saturday’s clash looking to keep pace with Premier League leaders and bitter local rivals Manchester City, who they currently trail by two points.

And German World Cup winner Schweinsteiger is clearly looking forward to Saturday’s clash following the international break.

Schweinsteiger posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account on Friday morning and wrote: “Back in Premier League mode <img draggable=” src=”https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/72×72/26bd.png”> #mufc”

Schweinsteiger has been a regular fixture in the Red Devils’ first team since joining the club from Bayern Munich in the summer.

He has made 12 Premier League appearances for United but is yet to score in the top flight for his new club.
