Simon Mignolet and Toby Alderweireld couldn’t hide their delight after linking up with the Belgium squad on Tuesday.

The Liverpool goalkeeper conceded two goals as Crystal Palace were surprise 2-1 winners at Anfield on Sunday.

But the Reds shot stopper appeared to have perked up as he chatted with some Belgium coaches following his arrival on home turf.

In north London, Alderweireld helped Tottenham Hotspur secure a battling 1-1 draw with Arsenal in Sunday’s north London derby at Emirates Stadium.

And the Spurs centre-half posted the below snap as he linked up with the Red Devils ahead of their game against Italy in Brussels on Friday night.

Everton striker Romelu Lukaku has been in brilliant form for the Toffees over the past few weeks.

The former Chelsea striker has scored two goals and has made two assists in his last two Premier League games.

And Lukaku was unsurprisingly relishing some international action.
