Piers Morgan reacts on Twitter to Arsenal’s draw at Norwich

Piers Morgan was not a happy man after Arsenal were held to a 1-1 draw by Norwich City at Carrow Road on Sunday

Piers Morgan has taken to social media to express his dismay after Arsenal were held to a 1-1 draw by Norwich City at Carrow Road on Sunday afternoon.

The Gunners looked to be heading to a victory which would have moved them up to second in the table when Mesut Ozil’s neat chipped finish put the visitors ahead in the 30th minute against the Canaries.

However, the home side battled back and drew level two minutes before half-time when held off the challenge of Gabriel Paulista to fire past Petr Cech.

The draw was made worse for Arsenal after Alexis Sanchez was forced off with a suspected hamstring injury midway through the second half.

Celebrity Arsenal fan Morgan has never been one to keep his opinion on Gunners boss Arsene Wenger to himself, and the former Daily Mirror editor could not help but vent his frustration at the result in a series of tweets.

Morgan tweeted:
