Ray Parlour: Why Arsenal will win their next four Premier League games

Former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour is tipping the Gunners to boast a 100 per cent in next four games

Ray Parlour has backed Arsenal to win their next four Premier League games.

The Gunners are unbeaten in six Premier League games after a 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur in last weekend’s north London derby at Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal are level on points with Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table after a return of 25 points from 12 top-flight games.

Former Arsenal midfielder Parlour, who won two Premier League titles during his playing career, is confident Arsene Wenger’s side will extend their unbeaten run to 10 games.

“They (Arsenal) have got an excellent chance this year to win the league,” Parlour told talkSPORT.

“They are still in the hunt. They have 26 points, same as Manchester City, so there is everything to play for.

“The next four games for Arsenal are all very winnable. They are playing a lot of the bottom teams, so four wins in the next four games.”

Mauricio Pochettino’s side made the stronger start at The Emirates as England international Harry Kane gave the visitors a 32nd-minute lead.

However, Arsenal substitute Kieran Gibbs levelled the north London derby with 13 minutes remaining thanks to a close-range finish.
