Chelsea slumped to a third successive Premier League defeat as Marko Arnautovic secured a 1-0 victory for Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday.

With Jose Mourinho absent as he served his one-game stadium ban, it was left to his backroom staff to oversee the Premier League clash for the Blues from the dugout.

Chelsea brought on the likes of Cesc Fabregas as they searched for an equaliser, but the west Londoners were unable to find a breakthrough.

The result inevitably prompted plenty of activity on social media – and here are some of our favourite updates.
