John Terry looks more determined than ever to help Chelsea turn around their disastrous start to the Premier League season.

The veteran defender retired from England duty a number of years ago but that does not mean that he takes his foot off the pedal while most of his team-mates are representing their respective countries.

Terry has been making the most of the Premier League break by enduring some gruelling sessions with a personal training.

The Chelsea captain shared the video above on his personal Instagram account on Tuesday and wrote: “International break making sure I stay fit. Follow @bradleysimmonds health and fitness page 💪 #simmopt”

Terry will be desperate to help Chelsea attempt to return to winning ways when they host Norwich City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.

The Blues slumped to a 1-0 loss to Stoke City in their most recent outing to leave the west London side down in 16th place in the Premier League table and just three points above the relegation zone.
