Watch: Man United star Morgan Schneiderlin trains with France squad
Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin is put through his paces on Tuesday evening
Morgan Schneiderlin blew off any cobwebs on Tuesday evening with a tough technical session with his France team-mates.
The 26-year-old didn’t feature in Manchester United’s 2-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion at Old Trafford on Saturday after Louis van Gaal opted for Michael Carrick and Bastian Schweinsteiger in midfield.
Schneiderlin has, however, become a key part of the Red Devils side since his £25m move to the 20-time English champions from Southampton in the summer transfer window.
The defensive midfielder’s performances for the Red Devils have earned him a call-up to Didier Deschamps’s squad ahead of their upcoming games against England and Germany.
And Schneiderlin posted the below clip from a training session on Tuesday at France football’s base in Clairefontaine.
The former Saints midfielder has scored one goal in 10 Premier League games since his big-money summer move.
Van Gaal’s men are in fourth place but a mere two points behind Premier League pace-setters Manchester City and Arsenal.
The Red Devils make the trip to newly-promoted Watford in their next Premier League game on 21 November.
