Tottenham Hotspur cemented their top-four hopes after a 3-0 victory over Norwich City at White Hart Lane on Boxing Day.
England international Harry Kane became the north London club’s highest league scorer in a calendar year after the 22-year-old strike broke the deadlock from penalty spot at White Hart Lane.
The reigning PFA young player of the year scored his 27th goal in 2015 sealed Tottenham’s three points before youngster Tom Carroll added a second-half goal after he replaced Christian Eriksen.
Tottenham are in fourth place and on 32 points after 18 Premier League games just six points behind leaders Leicester City after the Foxes lost 1-0 to Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
Belgium defender Toby Alderweireld showed his appreciation for a great Boxing Day atmosphere at The Lane:
