Arsenal fan Piers Morgan finally agrees with Arsene Wenger

Piers Morgan has finally found something that he can agree with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger about

Piers Morgan has never been one to hold back his true feelings about Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger on social media.

The Arsenal shareholder and celebrity fan has been one of Wenger’s loudest critics in recent seasons, despite the Frenchman having steered the Gunners to back-to-back FA Cup triumphs in the last two years.

However, it seems that Morgan has finally found something that he agrees with the Arsenal boss about – Mesut Ozil.

Ozil was in spectacular form for Arsenal as he inspired them to a 2-0 win over Bournemouth on Monday night by scoring one and setting up another at Emirates Stadium.

The Germany playmaker has been one of the top flight’s most consistent performers this season and has already notched up 16 assists in the Premier League for the Gunners.

Wenger was full of praise for Ozil at his post-match news conference on Monday evening.

And it seems that he and Morgan can finally agree on one thing.

Morgan tweeted on Monday:

Arsenal host Newcastle in their next Premier League game on Saturday.
