Arsene Wenger delivers latest update on injured Arsenal star
Arsene Wenger reveals that Danny Welbeck is still out of action for Arsenal due to bone bruising

Arsene Wenger has revealed that Danny Welbeck is still sidelined due to bone bruising as the Arsenal striker recovers from knee surgery.
The England international striker has not featured for the Gunners since April after undergoing surgery in September.
Arsenal have not yet set a date for Welbeck’s return, with the former Manchester United forward not due to make his comeback until the new year.
And Wenger has revealed his frustration at the England international’s lengthy spell on the sidelines.
Wenger is quoted as saying by The Sun: “Unfortunately he got injured at the end of April and we are now at the end of December and he is still not available because of bone bruising.
“That deteriorated and it is a big blow to us. Especially now we could not rotate, we lost Alexis Sanchez.”
Welbeck scored eight goals in his first 34 games for Arsenal after joining the north London club from rivals Manchester United last summer.

His last appearance for the club came in the 2-1 win over Reading back on 18 April.
The north London side are currently second in the Premier League as they prepare for Monday night’s crunch clash against Manchester City at Emirates Stadium.
