Cech, Ramsey and more: Arsenal stars react to Aston Villa win

Arsenal claimed top spot in the Premier League after a 2-0 win against Aston Villa on Sunday afternoon.

France international Olivier Giroud scored his fifth goal in three games in all competitions to break the deadlock from the penalty spot in the first half.

Aaron Ramsey also continued his fine goal-scoring return to Premier League action following a recent injury after a close-range finish before half-time.

And the Wales international was happy to secure three points in the Premier League to cap a pretty decent week for the north London side:

Summer signing Petr Cech was particularly delighted to rack up his 169th Premier League clean sheet to move level with Arsenal legend David Seaman:
