Chelsea transfers: Paul Pogba’s agent hints at summer move
Paul Pogba's agent says he won't be leaving Juventus in January but opens the door to a summer move
Paul Pogba could leave Juventus next summer amid reported interest from Chelsea, according to his agent.
The France international has been one of Juve’s standout performers this season after having scored one goal and made three assists in 18 appearances in all competitions.
Pogba has unsurprisingly been linked with a move to Chelsea and Manchester United in recent months, whilst Barcelona and Bayern Munich are also thought to be monitoring the playmaker.
While his agent ruled out a move away from the Serie A champions in the January transfer window, Mino Raiola opened the door to a possible switch next summer.
“He won’t move in January,” Raiola is quoted as saying by Football Italia.
“He expressed his desire to finish the year at Juve, and the big players rarely move in January.
“June, however, is very far away. In terms of the transfer market, it’s a different time, almost a different century…”
Pogba has scored 22 times in 102 Serie A appearances for the Italian champions since his move to Turin.
The France midfielder has won three Serie A titles, the Coppa Italia and three Italian Super Cups since he joined Juventus from United.
